brand new yoga students. The areas that will be
covered are detailed alignment of yoga postures,
correct breathing, and the foundations and
benefits of our power vinyasa yoga practice.
At our Malvern Studio, our Beginner
Course for Brand New Students are held every
Wednesday night at 7:15 PM – 8:30 PM.
Our next Wednesday beginner course starts on
June 23rd through August 4th.
At our Philadelphia Studio, our Beginner
Course or Class For Brand New Students will start up again in September.
We will hold a Basics class at that time for the rest of the summer.
Note: You can join any of our beginner
courses at any time during the course sessions.
You will be able to make up the classes at any
of our classes anytime.
